Start of the year
Is it a bull market or a bear market? Is it a seller’s market or a buyer’s market.
All markets can change quickly. Not surprising when we had the Truss turmoil, but for now whilst there has been a lot of hype about interest rates (the media loves to exaggerate and sensationalize and would love to call it panic), there is perhaps other news on the horizon that some degree of modest confidence has return with rates coming down. Most reckon that cheap money is history and that we must get used to borrowing a rates perhaps around 4%. So markets jump around but it is important to look at the longer term trend. This suggests no property crash then, but perhaps some normality and stability. No bad thing?
